Very heavy duty, classy gift bags. Would order again every time!

Unfortunately this wasn't a great experience. Our order of 300 bags shipped incomplete by ~50 bags. A reprint was fast-tracked which was appreciated, but then the shipment was sent to an incorrect residential address vs. our offices so we could not retrieve. Another replacement order was printed and shipped but did not arrive in Pittsburgh until the Monday after that weekend's event. The one positive in this experience is how responsive Heather Richards  from your Customer Care team was and how solutions-oriented she was while troubleshooting, so she should be commended. The bags themselves are nice, were produced well and we were very excited to use them for this high profile donor event. . . but unfortunately they were very event specific and will never be used.

I had trouble with the website.

Ordering through the website used to be so easy, but not any more. I had difficulties placing the order one day, came back a week later and had MULTIPLE issues with the checkout process.

Website is not very functional. I had to do checkout 5 times because things kept glitching

Was not able to put item into the cart unless I selected 'customize' which wasn't applicable to this order. I've not had problems ordering from your website in the past, but this time was very difficult.

Every time I call, everyone is so helpful and that is way we are repeat customers
