My customer service representative was fantastic and got me exactly what I needed

Great

Looked great and was perfect for our celebration!

Marco never fails. They understand the assignment

Marco helped our alumni association with two large product orders. John Holey provided great customer service and was attentive to our needs. Products were great too. We will return for future orders!

Superior customer service

Very heavy duty, classy gift bags. Would order again every time!

Unfortunately this wasn't a great experience. Our order of 300 bags shipped incomplete by ~50 bags. A reprint was fast-tracked which was appreciated, but then the shipment was sent to an incorrect residential address vs. our offices so we could not retrieve. Another replacement order was printed and shipped but did not arrive in Pittsburgh until the Monday after that weekend's event. The one positive in this experience is how responsive Heather Richards  from your Customer Care team was and how solutions-oriented she was while troubleshooting, so she should be commended. The bags themselves are nice, were produced well and we were very excited to use them for this high profile donor event. . . but unfortunately they were very event specific and will never be used.

Timothy Fedetz always offers wonderful service while Marco delivers excellent products and quick and efficient shipping.

Always awesome working with Marco.

Marco always comes through with quality products for great prices. Art work was a breeze and printing was great quality as well. Thanks all of you on my MARCO team!!

We ordered our "Dungeons & Drag" ribbons for Dragon Con 2025. They were a big hit. Thx!

These are exactly what we needed for our clinic; and as always, Darnell was a tremendous help!

I purchased the pens for my church. There’s something inside pens are excellent quality and I will buy them again.

Great experience with our new pen order. We will be ordering thousands in the next year or so.

The order arrived in a timely manner and was accurately filled.

Great!

Wonderful product. Great experience with Marco Promos. Definitely recommend Marco Promos for marketing items especially these pens!

We have used Marco for a number of years because of the quality of products and the level of service. Shout out to Darnell who helped me with some very last minute items that my committee asked of me. He made me look like a miracle worker.

So far excellent easy to deal with
