I placed my order several weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I emailed customer service and have gone back and forth with them but no one will give me an answer on my order or when it will ship. It has been far longer than their claimed processing times and the only thing they respond with is “we understand”. No, you don’t understand. By far the worst customer service.

As I create fragrances I look for elements that can make a difference in the final product. Upon first whiff it presents subtle, as it rounds the warmth comes through. This Bare Skin & Golden Glow Iso is a hands down winner! Soft, elusive, yet stands on its own, and can slightly shift or enhance perfume profiles while being undetectable. I enjoy Makesy's products and continue to order from them because the quality is generally good. However, shipping and fulfillment have been a recurring issue. Orders often sit for several days before being packed and shipped, and I'm currently being asked to leave a review for an order that I still haven't received more than a week after placing it. I've also had a previous order go missing and was never refunded. The products keep me coming back, but the fulfillment experience has consistently been frustrating.
