I've ordered from Makesy for years and never had an issue until my last order. I didn't receive my wicks but it was quickly and easily fixed with an email to customer service.

Just what I needed for a seamless delivery!

My order was significantly delayed. One pre-used item was no longer available and I was issued a refund. When my package arrived the glass bottles of fragrance were not packaged carefully or individually- just tossed in a cardboard mailer. It was clear they leaked before I even opened the package. I’d give this two stars but I love the fragrances.

9 of my vessels came damaged which is so upsetting!
