Sometimes the packaging is terrible, I’ve had multiple broken iridescent aura vessels, and these are hard to come by. It’s inconvenient when things are sold out and you have to pre-order months ahead like certain fragrances or vessels, prices are getting expensive, and many items that I rely on are discontinued.

Some of the sense are subpar but the majority of them are excellent. I have yet to make the candles but I have been using it in my diffuser and it smells pretty good.

You should consider changing how you ship to Alaska. We pay outrageous rates and the products take FOREVER to arrive. It impacted my recent holiday faire product line.

Overall good products. I was a bit disappointed as I had a large order and there was a bottle of scented oil missing. I reached out to them about this missing product and they were aware and then offered to send me a replacement which left a distaste in my mouth. If they knew they were unable to fulfill the order then I should have been notified and refunded before I had to reach out.
