Shipping is pricy but that may just be the nature of the beast these days. Every time I order a curated sample collection, I am disappointed with 2/3 so I will no longer be ordering them. It would be nice if you offered paper scent sticks in plastic that you could send via USPS at a lower cost. That way we can order more of the amazing scents and not end up paying the same amount or more in shipping. Honestly, I would be more interested in paying the higher prices for Makesy if I didn't spend so much on sample scents and shipping.

That said, I would like to address an ongoing concern: the products I rely on are frequently out of stock. Consistent availability is essential, especially for small businesses that depend on these supplies. I strongly encourage Makesy to improve inventory management and ensure that core products remain reliably in stock.

It’s hard to predict when I will receive my orders. Some are processed in a few days, while others in two weeks. I also had a pre-order that was still not processed after two months. The item came back in stock in the meantime, so I reordered it and received it, and my preorder was still not processed. Luckily I was able to cancel the preorder.

Fragrance oil leaked all over the other items in the shipment.
