packaging was old and dirty - making vessels a chore to clean

not my favorite. I dont know if it's bad luck or your typical processing. Orders take a long time. I have NEVER gotten a shipping notification. I have been a maker pro and am NEVER in the loop of anything. nor do I ever get next day processing. wondering why I even pay for the membership.
