Howdy: I am a mechanical engineer by training. I have some substantial experience with computers, software experts and programmers. Recently on several occasions, I needed really expert advice and service to recover from a hard drive failure, update and install new software and hardware. I received Marni''s business card from the Mission Valley Apple store. Marni came to our condominium. She is absolutely competent, knowledgeable and efficient. In a very short time, she had my computer up and functioning. She fixed all the problems, she installed new software, translated old data bases to new,more efficient software programs, appraised me of potential problems, trained me in how to use the new software. I will continue to use her services. She is absolutely a first-class expert. One cannot find anyone more capable. She is on time for appointments, readily available to talk, very efficient and a great pleasure to work with. I enthusiastically recommend her to anyone with hardware/software problems without qualification. You will be as impressed and satisified as I am!

I WAS A LITTLE CONCERNED BECAUSE OF PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES I HAD WITH TECH REPS. MARNI WAS GREAT. SHE ASKED GOOD QUESTIONS AND WITHIN A VERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME HAD MY SYSTEM COMPLETELY OPERATIONAL. MARNI HAS THE GOOD SENSE TO NOT GET INVOLVED IN AREAS THAT SHE DOESN''T HAVE THE EXPERTISE TO BE INVOLVED. I WOULD MOST HEARTILY RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE WHO IS IN NEED OF A GOOD, NO NONSENSE, STRAIGHT TO THE HEART OF THE MATTER TECHNICIAN WHO CAN SOLVE ALMOST ALL PROBLEMS IN A COST EFFECTIVE WAY.
