After providing essential help in setting up and navigating Podio last year, Marni is now broadening our horizons and our ability to manage projects with MindMeister and Meistertask. I am immensely pleased with MeisterTask, finding it an easy, intuitive, highly visual method of monitoring multiple projects, including deadlines and checklists. Although Podio is extremely useful for numerous applications, I much prefer Meistertask in this area. As part of our incorporation of Mindmeister and MeisterTask, I've recently started Marni's Success Framework course, which integrates well with the application tutorials. I was pulling my hair out trying to improve my Podio system and was referred to Marni by Citrix. She was a breath of fresh air because she had an answer to every problem I had. Where do I begin? Anyone who runs a business knows how many working parts there are needed to operate fully and functioning and a proper CRM system is a must however, I didn't have the time nor the knowledge to figure out Podio and Globiflow all on my own when I discovered Podio. I did pay someone to set it up for me and I was given some videos on how it was set up (specific to Real Estate investing) but I then couldn't figure out what to do or fix or add to my own system. I had so many questions and they weren't getting answered fast enough through an online support system set up by this person. I knew what I needed was one on one with someone teaching me how this intricate system actually works. Many people in the Real Estate investing world who bought the same system as me hired a VA to figure their new Podio system out and correct it however, I knew I didn't have time to find a Virtual Assistant or again, the knowledge to find the right VA to do so even if I could get them for $10/hour. I knew I needed an expert. Finally after googling help with Podio, I came across Marni and her services. I knew I needed one on one help and that's exactly what I got. Marni is extremely knowledgeable and I question how a Virtual Assistant could help me figure all this stuff out after sitting with her for the last 3 months revamping Podio to fit my business needs that are ever so changing as well. I had totally dropped the ball. Marni had given me 8 things to do, and I was able to do 2 of them. My worry was that our 2 hour session would have no material outcome because of this.
