I made the mistake of downloading a security update that completely stopped my iMac from doing anything. The fan was running, but that was all. And this happened at a quite inopportune time, in the middle of my major transaction of the year. In short order, Marni got the computer going with all my files intact, upgraded the system and advised me as to what I should do in the future. She is one very special person. Unlike many others who have advised me, she really communicates and helps. The more one moves through life, the better one can identify and appreciate the real treasures that cross our paths.

Well, after many hours of frustrating myself, I decided to call in the troops. My call was answered by Marni. She arrived the next business day and in a short time set up my new G5 and fixed my home network. The home network part is really important since I had 4 other service people try to fix our problem.
