I have two printers and use 123injets printer cartridges because the service is excellent. They ship within a few days and if there is a problem with any of the cartridges a consultant will step you through servicing the problem. If needed, a new cartridge will be shipped at no cost. The staff is friendly, efficient and patient.

Okay substitute.

It arrived pretty quickly considering how far away it is. I haven't tried it yet, because I still have some of the old stuff left.
