Great price and quick turn around

Customer service rep Jinky did a great job determining the issues with the ink cartridges I had ordered. She was able to verify that at least one of the cartridges sent was defective and was then able to get two of the other cartridges working.

I have been using 123inkjets for years! The quality of their ink is equal if not better to the name brands and the price is always competitive. Beyond their easy to navigate website, their shipping department is always super fast and the product arrives in excellent condition. 10/10. I will continue to use this company!

Awesome!! Thank you for offering an alternative way to pay by business check. Even though it did take a little bit longer to receive, we all should be able to order ahead of being completely out of supply. . . Just a big fat "Thank You!!" Will definitely order again, next will be our HP laserJet 1160Le, Amazon's alternative doesn't seem to have the quality I'd expect from them. . . . ;)

I like the program because I don't have to worry about running out of ink. When I first started the program, I had just purchased a set of ink required for my printer. This in effect gave me a backup set so if the replenishment did not work as planned, I would still have what I needed. A couple of times I have had to use it, but your shipment always arrived in a few days. I like the program.

Emailed notifications of purchase confirmation and and delivery arrived 3 full days after the ink order! While I appreciate the speedy ink delivery, somehow the horse arrived in front of the cart this time and I had no idea my order had taken place and when it might arrive. The order simply showed up at my door first.

Jinky did a great job with my order. She made things right so I could get my ink and start printing pictures again. I wasn't able to get the ink pods to work with my model printer so she was able to get me a store credit so I could get the ink I needed thanks alot jinky!!

Glad to report that my issue was resolved by the powers that be at Inkjet 123. They responded quickly and I’m happy to say I will continue to purchase my printer ink toner with them. Customer Service is coming back👍

Use better shipping material, not plastic bags for shipping your ink products.

Fernando turned the not too pleasant situation of having to return an incorrect order, and purchase the correct printer drums, into a real pleasure. He was friendly, well organized, efficient, and able to clearly explain how the process works. I've always been a fan of 123 Inkjets, and Fernando reminded me why that is the case. -John Contos
