I had purchased sheets, pillows , and blanket for xmas. Since I had purchased from luxome before I was aware of the purchase credit. I did not receive the credit for that purchase so I contacted them about them. They found the credit and made them available the next day. Luxome has a shipping time that is remarkable. You will be hard pressed to find a company with better customer service. That is one reason I continue to purchase their products.
