had to return for a smaller size. it was very easy to return and was able to get the exchanged item very quickly. My only gripe is that I bought it on sale, so when i went to exchange, the price was higher than when I purchase, so I had to pay money to exchange for the same item of a different size. it wasn't a huge amount, but slightly annoying.

Great, soft and amazing sheets

These sheets are the best with deep pockets and an extra little strap that goes across the corner, helping him keep them in place, super comfy, and cooling. The ship fast.

Shipping is great

Additional clarity on count when ordering pillowcases would be helpful. I would also suggest customization of pillowcase size would be beneficial with sheet sets. We don’t have king pillows and won’t be using the ones that came with the bed unless we order that size.
