I saw this pot being used on TV and really wanted it, so I'm happy I was able to purchase it.

We are recent converts to Japanese towels having brought home Hiorie Sensui towels from our recent visit to Osaka. We loved the towels so much that we took Hiorie up on their offer for complimentary Shipping and Handling and purchased Imabari Hotel Grand towels from Hiorie via Luxcras. Ordering the towels were a breeze and although there was a hiccup in the ordering process by not being able to apply our coupon code, Luxcras customer service was phenomenal in working with us first by attempting to troubleshoot online which unfortunately was unsuccessful, presumably a software glitch. However, Luxcras customer service provided an easy work around and we were ultimately able to receive our towels. Delivery was ultra fast considering the products were shipped from Osaka to NorCal, faster than if we had ordered domestically!!! Towels are awesome and the family loves them! We will be ordering again from Luxcras when the time comes for replacements.
