To be honest, this is the first time I've spent this much on a timepiece and I have to say that the service was great and the packaging and presentation of the timepiece was awesome. My watch was shipped quickly and arrived on time in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I never received the order you incompetent idiots.

This watch came defective and had to be sent back. Luminox received this watch on the 13th of Feb and since then I have had little to no communication on my order being replaced. This watch was supposed to be a Christmas present for my husband who is currently a law enforcement officer and former USMC Veteran. He was so excited to get this watch for Christmas and has been severely let down when it was not functional and asks me at least twice a week if I have heard anything from Luminox regarding the replacement watch. We are both very disappointed in the lack of communication from this company.

Gave me the wrong watch but kept it cause it wasn't worth the trouble of sending it back.
