Great watch, keep good time. Delivered as promised. One issue I had, no instructions came for the watch and I have not been able to get the. Positive, good instructions on how to correctly size the watch band so it fits perfectly.

Terrible customer service. Will never buy from this website again. Lost watch in shipping, Luminox got paid $645 for the watch from UPS but refuses to pay me! What kind of company does this? This has been going on since 7-18-23. STAY AWAY from Luminox website purchases.
