The shipping was perfect however to get to that point there was major confusion about applying the discount code I had been sent, The discount offer was very clear in that it could be applied to ANY watch. Upon purchasing the watch I was told that was not the case. I went ahead and bought the watch simply because I really wanted it more than the level of my annoyance at the misinformation.

I received the watch in a timely manner. It was well packaged and I had to sign upon delivery. Well done Luminox!
