I’ve only ordered from them twice so far but my experiences so far have been great. There website is easy to navigate, nicely layed out, and more importantly they don’t push you to buy products. I did call customer service to ask a lot of questions about operating, remotes, how the flames work, etc mainly to make sure they were legit and willingness to help. They kindly answered all my questions. Ordering online was easy. I received my order reasonably quick. But they did send pieces of my order separately where I would prefer to wait and have all in one box. My order was correct, well packaged for shipping, and arrived perfect condition. The candles are beautiful and work perfectly. So far I really like this company and their products so much that I will definitely be watching for their seasonal offerings and ordering more!

Love them, have for just about every holiday. Was not that happy with the eagle for the 4th. I read the reviews and everyone said it so pretty and patriotic, but to be it looked scary and dark. Sorry, but love the night flicking light, and so do all that I gave them to.
