Product won't stay "on"

We've purchases so many Luminara candles for our own home, and as gifts, over the years we've lost count. Everyone always enjoys them! The one, and only, time we had a problem, Luminara fixed it within a week.

Very unusual candle.

I’ve ordered many candles and they have all arrived working, but I don’t love when they aren’t shipped in a shipping box and the box is smashed, as I store them in the boxes! I love the candles and shipping is prompt! Customer service responds quickly and handles inquiries well!
