I love your candles and sent many as gifts this year. My only complaint concerns your shipping. My first order with your company was for 3 different items. Two of the 3 arrived and my order was marked fulfilled when it was not. Any attempts to get customer service to assure me the rest of my order was delayed was fruitless. I suspect I was dealing with a Bot. Thankfully, all orders were received and I and my family and friends are enjoying your candles.

I ordered them I week before Christmas and received them on time.
