I unfortunately didn't receive my order because of the very childish and spiteful Customer Experience Manager Daniella M, she was unhelpful, dismissive and unprofessional! She cancelled my order worth £100 because I raised my concerns about her incompetence, unhelpfulness and professionalism. Her feelings got hurt and cancelled my order I guess she doesn't care about losing money because it's not her losing it but the company.
