I purchased two of these bags for different recipients. One loved it , the other found it terribly difficult to open therefore not suitable. Unfortunately, I found this out a couple of days after the 15 day return returns policy. I’ve emailed LG unfortunately got replies via a chat bot. I got absolutely nowhere and requested a human to call me so I could explain. This did not happen. I was going to see if I could either have a refund on one of the bags or even a credit voucher to use against something else. The emails continued with AI and even started answering the wrong question, I hadn’t asked. At this point I gave up. To say I’m extremely disappointed/disgusted with a Customer Service in this company would be a huge understatement. Having purchased many bags from. LG over the years from their shops and always having had a great experience, i stupidity assumed it would be the same online. I have given up trying to contact this company. The three stars is purely for the bag. It is extremely difficult to open if you have small hands, but realistically I would give one star for Customer Service. I will never purchase from this company again.
