Love this bag. Great colour and perfect size.

Easy to order and arrived quite quickly. One star deducted as no notification messages were sent advising when it was being despatched, it just arrived about a week after it was ordered.

Had problems with the delivery service. Within two minutes of ordering I contacted customer service because an incorrect number had been input on the address box. They said somebody would contact me within 24 hours, that didn’t happen. I messaged again and was then told “sorry it’s too late to change the delivery address now”. I therefore had to go along to neighbours to ask them to collect the delivery for me. Pretty unacceptable when I responded within a very fast timeframe.
