So I ordered my mattress May 31st 2025 and just got it. June 5th 2025 I live alone so I was able to carry the box in by dragging it. Get it out of the box on my bed. Open it up and then cut it open and immediately it formed itself. And I'm loving this mattress already and I just got. I took pictures of the whole process but I don't know how to get them on the review but it was so simple. I would definitely recommend getting this

The Mattress and box were so beat up and torn open. Attempted to get help on 5 occasions and nothing. Do not believe warranty or any follow up service. Once they get your money it yours. . . . . Sucker.

Sad due to you charging me delivery fee when the bed I bought from you was an issue with the boards that go underneath mattress keeps on slipping instead of selling me more boards you tried to sell me a whole bed disappointed

I am now 60 years old and before i use the lull premium bed i need to read a long story to be able to sleep and very early at 3AM i am already awake, I thought that was natural because of old age.
