It’s very uncomfortable, not as described and not a good buy

This is what I would recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress, this is one of the best ones I have ever had. I haven't woke up with a back ache since I don't know when!.

I appreciate the mattress topper customer service sent us. But the mattress has been disappointing. It’s no better than a $300 Amazon mattress.

Could could not have been easier to order the bed. World class customer service!

This is our second lull (same as the first). It arrived well packed. On unpacking it on our bed frame, there was a light gray dirt mark on the surface of the mattress about two inches in length. A bit disappointing. I used a damp cloth and got most, but not all of it out. I’m giving Lull 4 stars because the mattress still is the best.

I bought your original mattress and owned it for around 7-8 years. I was so amazed at the fact that you guys called me after purchasing the first one and asked how it was. After talking you sent me the topper and it was heaven after that. Not long ago i decided it was time for a new bed and without hesitation I ordered what you offered as the top of the line and I’m thinking I messed up and should’ve gotten the original again. My wife isn’t sleeping and is waking up extremely sore every day. We feel every movement from each other and I just kept telling my wife we have to break it in. Well we’re 30 days in and it doesn’t seem to be getting better. Hoping that changes. Maybe need another topper? Not sure but…. we hurt.
