I love the Retinol Serum! Leaves skin very smooth.

I have been using Luisa’s, Illuminating serum, hyaluronic acid, essential moisturizer, retinol serum, glycolic acid exfoliator and Micellar water cleanser. I’m so pleased with her products that I purchased a starter kit for my 40 year old daughter who just began using it. Without any hesitation I am extremely satisfied with her products how they glide on your skin, how they feel after replied, never sticky, never greasy, never heavy, and the overall affect day after day has improved my skin tone. And even the elasticity feels tighter, more toned, and supple. LuisaIs a true invader. And the person who not only produces products but genuinely cares about your skin and you as a person even though she does not know you. In addition, when you place an order, the delivery is excellent. And it’s packaged in great cardboard casings and comes very quickly. So I will continue using her products. I need no others thank you Louisa for being in this business and caring about skin and the ingredients that go in it!

I have tried multiple products from Luisa True Skincare. Every item has been great! I have experienced better than expected results from the Micellar Water, the Hyaluronic Acid serum, the Moisturizer- literally everything! Customer service is responsive & shipping is always timely. Luisa is the best!

I began using Luisa’s products in late July 2021. I bought the starter/bundle to see whether I liked the textures, the fragrance (none) and to test how my skin reacted. I’m 73 years old and in the last few years, have developed occasional outbreaks of eczema on my face, usually stress related. At first, the products felt too light for my dry skin, as I was used to heavier moisturizers. But after a couple of weeks, I preferred Luisa’s moisturizer to the one I was using. This was summer, and I figured it, I might get something heavier for winter. But as summer turned to fall to winter, my skin didn’t beg for more moisture. On the contrary, it felt cleaner, lighter, and well nourished. Six months after I started Luisa’s products, I traveled across the country to see my children and grandchildren. Everyone I had not seen in months commented on how great my skin looked. Several of my long-time friends told me I looked younger and my skin brighter. Truly, I had felt the products were great, but hadn’t thought about what I looked like! Even my sisters, six and seven years younger, commented that I now look younger than they do. This has not ever been my goal. I believe in aging gracefully, and that what shows on my face is wisdom and the trials and triumphs of a life. I’ve never had plastic surgery or botox on my face (or any other part of me!). Luisa’s products aren’t over-produced, the packaging unfussy and they’re eco-friendly, the prices fair for their excellent results. I’m a huge fan now, and highly recommend them to friends and family. It’s also great to be supporting a woman-owned business and a smart, creative woman who cares about her customers.

Ordering is a snap! The delivery schedule was very quick. I commend Luisa’s packaging of products. They are in individual cardboard type canisters wrapped in little plastic baggies! Great idea!!! And reusable. Instructions on usage are clear & concise with a small personalized note from the chemist herself. To date, I’ve ordered most of Luisa’s products. But have started using only the Retinol Serum as I’m awaiting to use up my old on hand products. Thus far, the Retinol Serum is wonderful. I’ve used other brands before. Willing to maintain using Luisa’s. I will add comments on the remaining products once I start using. Thanks Luisa👍!!!
