I was sent an email saying I will not be charged shipping because I am returning customer a while ago. When I submitted an order I commented on that . I still was charged shipping without acknowledgement of my comment. I did find that email and will attach it here. As far as the product, I do like it

The product is fine, but I was surprised that it was 1% and not 2% hydraulic acid.

TL;DR I have used almost all of LTS products for almost 2 years. I'm 30yo with fair, sensitive, combination skin. I have never been so brand loyal to anything, ever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! HA serum review below and longer details on my LTS use below that. I have been on a REALLY long skincare journey and I hope these reviews will help others in making the best choice for their skin . I aim to be 100% transparent to do so. I am not paid by Luisa, although we have spoken via email and Zoom, and she has sent me a few products for free (one that I've never tried, and will only leave a review after at least 3 months use, and the others were products I've already used for 1+ years). I am not an influencer or active on social media...honestly, I've never really been brand loyal to anything and almost never leave reviews because I honestly have never found anything I appreciate so much, or that I've used long enough to do so. However, I really believe in the mission behind LTS, and have never received so many compliments on my skin since I started using her products almost TWO years ago! I recommend her skincare line to anyone who has been searching for a simple skincare regimen that is BACKED BY SCIENCE (ie clinical studies). Review of HA serum: I've used this since mid-2020. My skin has never felt so supple and hydrated. I look forward to putting this on morning and evening, because I know I am using an ingredient with the formulation and potency that will actually make a difference. Through Luisa's blog/Quora, I've learned that the skincare/beauty industry is incredibly tricky and now I read every label for the ingredients and potency. I feel so much more educated and competent! I love that the serum is now more viscose and easy to control (my only criticism for the HA serum at one point was that it came out too quickly and dripped down my face so I would waste product if I couldn't catch it in time, but Luisa updated the consistency and I no longer have this issue).
