I’ve been using Luisa’s entire product line for 1.5 years now. I’m totally satisfied with her product results. I’ve also added some to my 42 yr old daughter & a close girlfriend. They are also satisfied. Luisa’s transparency was what brought me to try all her products. Do I’m continuing with my skincare regime as a truly satisfied customer.

I don't know that my skin looks any different, but it feels hydrated and not irritated at all (I had a very bad experience years ago with using acids for exfoliation). I am a soap and water girl. always have been and I appreciate feeling moisturized without any feeling heavy.

I’m going through my third bundle of skincare. The products are amazing! And they last pretty long. My skin feels softer and shiny.

This eye creme is superb, it’s thick and rich. Makes a smooth base for makeup and doesn’t pill. I’ve spent triple the amount on eye cremes that never lived up to their promises but this one does. Luisa you’ve done it again❤️

The products are wonderful! I have experienced an improvement in my skin since I have began using them. The products are shipped promptly, and the one time there was an issue (item damaged during shipping) it was quickly replaced. I am a customer for life!

So far so good. Have been using for a week now. My face has always been itchy, red, dry and scabbed. Now, no itchy or scabbed dryness. Redness has been reduced. I will continue using these products with great hope for my future face.

Customer service was excellent. My order was not right. It came in 3 different deliveries, one item at a time. Then said it was completed when it wasn't. This was due to Amazon not Louisa. Once contacted, Louisa and company were very helpful, polite, courteous and sent my last item immediately. WONDERFUL company and service! Thank You.
