Lost my Leatherman years ago and finally just replaced it recently. I was surprised that the clip was not included but relieved that I could still install one. No issues with it being loose, easy to install, shipped quickly, and now I find myself taking my tool everywhere with me since I can clip it on rather than clunk around at the bottom of my pocket.

Shipping took a while.

My trauma shears do not cut even the simplest thing, anytime I try to use them, I have to ask for someone else’s due to it not cutting. I work EMS and when in high acuity situations, it wastes my time when I try to use them. I’ve used them maybe 10 times in total and it’s left me disappointed.

Shipping took a while, but it was well worth the wait. The Leatherman arc is everything it was promised to be, and I am proud to show it off, especially to people who don’t know. They need one yet. A Leatherman is kind of like Jesus you don’t realize how badly you need it, but once you do, it becomes part of your. EDC (every day carry. )

Keep making them I will keep buying more

I love leatherman, they are a fantastic company. My only complaint so far alover the years is their tools seem to be getting more and more expensive without any real upgrade in materials used in the tool or major design changes. But being a USA based and manufactured company, im not complaining. We (my husband and boys) will always be a loyal customer base. They're tools are far superior to anyone else.

While I originally had an issue with both shipping timeline expectations and then the actual shipping course, Leatherman customer service stepped right up and did the right thing with a full refund. It's that sort of service that will keep a customer for life.

A very neat original tool, priced appropriately for its form and function. One of the 3-D pieces is extremely jagged, which snags on things. I'm happy to see leatherman testing new thinge in the Garage. I have loved seeing experimentation in the small releases make it to production tools. I welcome the all the true innovative R&D and testing.
