Fantastic tool. My second one. . . I'm pretty sure the first one was "displaced," or had help finding a new home. I tried a couple of cheaper versions but had to come back. Worth the price (was able to score a discount). . . you get what you pay for. Absolute fantastic quality. Even though I've been recently re-united. . . I've used this model for jobs around the house, on the bike, at the camp site.

Great Leatherman products and service

My experience was great! It was easy to set up my account and order. But my order took over a week to process and ship due to a billing error, which admittedly was my fault, however the system caught the error and stopped processing but didn’t flag it to be fixed. I called customer service after a week, and I had a great experience with the customer service team, once I got past the absolutely worthless computer voice that answered the phone. The representative and I had a quick, pleasant conversation that solved the issue, and they put in a request for expedited processing to get it out to me quickly after the delay. Aside from the initial frustration with the computer voice, that was exactly the experience I hope for when calling customer service.
