Solid sheath

The serrated knife was great for rooe, the hook was great for opening packages without hurting the contents, the ruler was really useful, the handle doesn't lock open so the handle is floppy when you're trying to use the screw driver with a long handle, the magnets collect metal chips, the scissors don't meet well, and most fundamentally the plier pivot is just a pin so it will wear out, become floppy and then the pliers won't cut. I think the Charge was better and still overpriced but less so.

Great pouch for all of your Leatherman accessories.

Elite quality but just on the cusp of being too heavy for everyday carry

An absolute work of art. I love this workhorse of a tool and carry it with me at work everyday. I the magnacut blade the tools and overall functionality of the Arc. The ease of one-handed opening and tools on the outside are very convenient.

Love it!

All good.

Awesome!

Prompt customer service

Everything was solid. Very pleased with my purchases.

Good

Okay. Good.

I used to be able to take my knife to a dealer and switch it out when I had\nA broken blade or plyers. Now I have to send it in and wait for weeks on end to get my knife back. I want the old system back where I could go in person to a dealer and get a new one trade it out. Also, I have to send each individual knife separately to get them refurbished or get a new one. \n It creates a lot of inconvenience to do this way.

I think everything was good. Tools are good. The blade and pliers are the stars of the show !

All went well from ordering to receipt. A worthwhile product to have on hand when needed.

Perfect replacement for my old sheath.

I like the variety Leatherman has available. I am lookin g for something a little smaller for everyday carry.

Overall great tool. Wish it had better wire cutters but otherwise a superior everyday carry.
