I bought the Rebar in heathered cranberry, and I absolutely love it!! It is the perfect size and does everything that I need it to. I also bought the nylon case in cranberry, the quality is amazing! I would highly recommend!!

Very poor customer service especially delivery service, for garage tools takes forever to even get shipping updates.

Took 2 days to customize it and another 2-3 to arrive. Ok shipping speed, ok prices. Just the black painting is subpar.

So far really good because I can get my tool fixed when ever I want, just a bit disappointed in the captains crunch.

The quality of each tool I have purchased for my own use or a gift is always very high. People wonder what they will need a pair of pliers for and then it happens, they need to pry, pull, grip or screw something during an odd situation or an unplanned event. Then it dawns on them, "wait, I have that tool I was given for my birthday," and the Leatherman saves the day. The shipping is always slow from Oregon to Florida. Free overnight shipping would be nice for Elite members.
