It was a present but turned out to be awful

Leatherman has been great. They’ve honored their warranty, and done so rapidly when I had an issue with a previous tool breaking I sent it in and they sent me a new on within a couple of weeks.

Great storage option for Skeletool,bits. etc.

Bit holder did not retain well and now my glass breaker bit is gone. Also incredibly annoying for practical purposes to not have spring actuated pliers. When I'm working and I have something in my left hand I have to put it down to use both hands to open the pliers, EVERY TIME I NEED TO GRIP SOMETHING!!! This is the type of design blind spot that genuinely makes me think people are not testing these in real world applications. This tool feels more aesthetics oriented rather than being a true dependable workhorse which is what I always associated with the older style Leatherman products. I am part of the problem, I thought the green and blue colorway was cool. You know what is really cool????? THE RIGHT TOOL FOR THE JOB.

Leatherman is always prompt on their services, the tool was delivered in less than a week and we live across the country. Never had a problem with warranty or getting a response from support. Quality, durable and i think most important, USA made and manufactured. That is HUGE in today's world. God bless everyone at Leatherman.
