Accessing your tech support is difficult so the fine settings on system are confusing

We had an issue with one of our cameras remaining in CNV mode after the installation. Contacted Lorex tech support and they referred the matter to customer service. Within two days we had a replacement camera on site and installed. Whole process was quick, easy and painless.

Disappointed that I received a defective part twice and was refused overnight delivery of the part for the third attempt. Ordered the identical part on Amazon and was done in five minutes. Customer service was nice but the results were ineffective. My issue wa not a priority even though it was a result of a defective part twice.
