The sales person was very knowledgeable and the shipping took less than a week, no problems with the installation. I love the 4K technology and the quieter NVR too.

The system was already installed in the house I purchased so I added a few extra 4K cameras, and the picture quality is incredible.

The equipment was well packaged and arrived without damage. Support was reasonably good. I prefer Lorex above other brands because of the control I have over my data and the feature-rich flexibility of the systems.

So far I’m not impressed, the overall product seems to have good intentions but falls a bit short. The NVR, should accept a keyboard and have a much quieter fan. For the price it is far too noisy. The connectivity it so so, but the tech support is great. They have helped and continue to help with all the issues I have had.
