Irresponsible company with zero sense of regard towards their customers. It's been a month of waiting for my product and Loop earplugs remains quiet like a mouse instead of resolving my issue.

It doesn’t stay fix at one place and rotates on it’s own sometimes

nothing particularly extraordinary or bad to comment about. i ordered a product. it got delivered.

The product was neve delivered, please deliver

I used these earplugs during my Mumbai to Chennai ride, and they really helped reduce wind noise noticeably. However, after long hours of use, they did start to feel a bit uncomfortable, so I made it a point to remove them during breaks to give my ears some rest. Overall, it’s a solid product and a must-have for frequent riders who spend long hours on the road.

I want return and not is taking it

It's ok, atleast I'm not thinking that my money got waste but. It can be more smooth while getting inside ear.

Fast shipping and smooth delivery process. Liked the earplugs as well.

Loop Earplugs tend to get dislodged from my ears during sleep, which makes them ineffective for overnight use. After inserting them, I also start hearing my heartbeat in my ears — something that normally doesn’t happen — and there’s a continuous humming sound that appears only while wearing them. Given these issues, I don’t find them comfortable or worth the price of ₹1,500. Unsatisfied with loop earlpugs.

Gives me a headache. Can’t tell too much of a difference

Requested for Reverse Shipping as the Product was of no use to us. The company initiated the Reverse Shipping but later Courier service told us that Company has asked them to not accept the Reverse Shipping. And now, there is no response from Loop's Customer Service.
