It's pretty good

Such a high price for close to nothing functionality . Not even easy to understand how to use it , within 2-3 days my partner gave up and stopped using it . Better than this we use our AirPods

They're comfortable enough for sleeping, if you've got a smaller budget than the Dream costs, then go for it. They work just fine. Loop earplugs are a life changer. But I wish the switch version was more conducive for quieter conversations.

I was expecting more from these loops. These are actually not sound proof, i can totally hear what the other person besides me doing.

I had placed my order on 1st Aug for an upcoming gig. I was told the order is expected to reach me by 10th Aug, which got delayed and i was not communicated in any way. I had to get in touch around 20th myself to hear that it will reach me 'soon'. This is v frustrating as i still have NOT received my order and have no follow-up updates. I have had a bad experience with just getting the product to reach me.
