I want to return the parcel I have order the wrong item I am writing this review for exchange

I have tried all the ear tips and rode my bike for multiple hours but always facing an issue or other. One size might fit in my ear perfectly but when I wear my helmet it moves around and causes discomfort, if I wear a size smaller it might just fall out or get lose. Ended up returning the product as for motorcycle riding it's not providing me enough value as compared to some other ear plugs. But overall the product is amazing but the packing of the cardboard box can be improved as I felt paying 2-3 K INR for earbuds makes it a premium product and the full squished up box was a instant turn off for me although the ear bud case was much nicer. I would have kept the product if I was regularly going to concert and all those events but for riding motorcycles it felt uncomfortable .

Terrible service!!! I was so excited to upgrade my loop to switch 2, but your delivery partner wouldn't deliver or contact me. I called their and your customer service 6 times in total and had 24 email exchange and at the end I still haven't received it. I asked for pickup too if they had issues with delivery to no avail. The customer support staff has stopped responding to my emails.

Service very very poor

Doesn't help much with the noise cancellation as expected and also the adjustment in ear is quite hard even after trying with every sizes of buds

I really enjoy loop in general. A long time repeating customer. I think I have gifted it to a lot of friends too!

The product is ok. Works reasonably well in cutting down noise but is not the most comfortable to wear for me. But the order and delivery experience were terrible. It took two weeks to finally get the product which was not the one I had selected as that was not in stock. All the while Amazon offered me a next day delivery on the original product I had selected.

Not good product

The only earplugs that really fit my ears. They are super comfortable. Only fits in one specific way, so make sure to really take your time to test them out
