I guess you guys should work on the case the plastic case looks a little cheap with the printing on and the case does not fully close or i do not get a click sound of closing or opening after few weeks. And while changing modes it is very light i mean even if i am trying to adjust the mode also changes so please do look into the mode changing. And please do make a small earplugs for the side sleepers me being a side sleeper cannot wear these and sleep it fits perfectly but i pain the bond and cartilage of the ear. For me one of the best things i bought for value and are useful for me. Thats it keep it up guys lovely product.

The earplugs hurt my ears after an hour of wearing them and the noise reduction is not working properly sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't even though I have worn the earplugs as per instructions

They’re fine. Not as good as expected. My ears hurt after putting them for like 2hrs or more. And I can still hear the noises I wanted to avoid as a misophonic person. But yes I do get a better sleep than them

The ads saud there was discounts going on. But on the website the discount is nowhere to be found. Once ordered there is no way i can track the delivery. Im not even sure if its the real site since its been a month and i have not received my delivery

I ended up with ear issues due to the loop plugs. Very unhappy with the experience and response is also not good from your team.

Waste

1. My ear pain a lot if I side-sleep wearing Loop Dream Earplugs. 2. The earplugs easily fall out while asleep and becomes a task finding it in the sheets in dark. Due to these reasons, I am not enjoying the Loop Dream Earplugs.

I ordered the earplugs on 2nd May. Shipment was not sent. 2nd label was created and yet again. The order was cancelled. I did not even receive the refund. There is no way to contact customer service. I sent a mail feedback as well. No response.

Bad product, fake advertising

Been using it for a few years now. Works well in concerts. Reduces the noise but u can still hear the artist.

It should work on reducing the hurtful high audio levels for speech too. It works great for sleep.

Ears itch after a little use. Not worth almost 4K I paid for this

Really bad service.

They are effective and reasonably comfortable. I like that I can have conversations but annoying noises in the background are muffled. Just a little disappointed that the size plug that fits me came with a defect.
