No difference at all ear ache

I ordered but it never reached and the customer support is so unresponsive

I ordered my Loop Switch 2 earplugs back in March. I was off work with a burnout and very sensitive to any sounds at that point (also have a boyfriend who snores while I am an extremely light sleeper). I was diagnosed ADHD-C shortly after and this has really been so helpful (along with everything else I had to go through post diagnosis) to now sleep so much better. If I feel overstimulated I can change between the different modes and use it too. Thank you so much for this. Not only can I sleep better and stay asleep, it has helped me sleep longer and deeper too. THANK YOU!

I usually use this to go to bed and trust me when I say this - I've missed phone calls and I've missed my alarms. These are just that good! Make sure to use the right eartips size for the best results. Try all and see what fits best. I use it in social settings sometimes when there is too much noise and these don't disappoint. Even to the point that if your active participation is required in that setting, you have to take off the earplugs to do your part. Highly recommend!

I have raised a complaint regarding the loop ear plugs that it didn't match my requirements and till now no new mail regarding that and also regarding the refund this is the terrible service

didn't like it, Loop earplugs should be available for customer support, they are not taking care about it 15 days are already gone from receiving my parcel(quite 2 loop earplugs) I just wanted to know when I will recieve my refund ?

I guess you guys should work on the case the plastic case looks a little cheap with the printing on and the case does not fully close or i do not get a click sound of closing or opening after few weeks. And while changing modes it is very light i mean even if i am trying to adjust the mode also changes so please do look into the mode changing. And please do make a small earplugs for the side sleepers me being a side sleeper cannot wear these and sleep it fits perfectly but i pain the bond and cartilage of the ear. For me one of the best things i bought for value and are useful for me. Thats it keep it up guys lovely product.
