So far the process has been really easy and customer focussed. We purchased the queen luxury mattress and it arrived in two days with free shipping as stated. It even came with a free pillow, which I wasn't aware that it was part of a promotion. We paid $649 with a promotional discount of $150 making this considerably cheaper than a whole lot of other brands that I was looking at. We've only had one nights sleep on it but I can tell you right out of the gate we love it!!! It is so comfortable and just the right amount of firmness. I was able to sleep on my side and back with comfort. I used the pillow that arrived with the mattress and that too was extremely comfortable. So far I am impressed with this company and their products. When you add the 100 day trial and free returns and no hassle refunds this is an extraordinary deal. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of mattress at a reasonable price and made with at least some eco material.

The mattress is absolutely amazing. My husband, myself and our Great Dane (yes our dog sleeps in bed with us) sleep soundly throughout the night. All three of us toss and turned throughout the night when we slept on our old mattress. This mattress is amazing!!!!!!

I bought the luxury queen mattress in November when it was on sale, but knew I wouldn't be able to have it delivered for at least two months later. The Live and Sleep team kindly allowed me as much time as I needed. When I contacted them two months later with a preferred delivery date in about two weeks, I got immediate responses with updates. Though it was due for delivery on a Tuesday, Ryan, the chief customer officer at Live and Sleep, informed me that UPS might deliver it early. I wasn't sure that would work, so Ryan immediately contacted UPS to alert them to that fact and assured me the mattress would not be left on the doorstep if no one was home; it would be delivered the next day. UPS did show up late on Monday, when we happened to be there. This was fortunate because it gave the bed an extra day to inflate before we had to sleep on it Tuesday night. The mattress was left for two days on the floor until a bed frame arrived. Within a few hours of putting the mattress on the frame, the chemical smell began. But a couple of hours of opening a window took care of the smell entirely. We have now slept on the bed for 9 nights, and are very pleased with its comfort. I especially like that I don't feel any movement from my husband. I am very happy that I bought the bed from Live and Sleep. When researching mattresses, I only considered companies that made an eco-friendly one. That was my number one priority. I hoped it would also be a company with good customer service, and Live and Sleep has more than exceeded my expectations. I also applaud them for their charitable contributions from each sale. With less than two weeks experience sleeping on the mattress, I can't say for certain that it will continue to be comfortable, though I expect it will be, but I do know that the team will take care of any concerns. Thanks to Ryan and the other team members for taking care of your customers and developing an eco-friendly quality mattress.

My mattress (a full-size Luxury mattress from Live and Sleep) arrived within 3 days. It took a couple days to fully expand, but once it did, it became probably the best mattress I’ve ever slept on. Very comfortable and supportive. As I have scoliosis, I’m very particular about mattresses, and this one has done wonders for my back. I also really like the free pillow they included. It’s also easy to clean; I had a major spill the first night of using it, but was able to remove the mattress cover and wash it in the washing machine. Overall, this is a great mattress, not just for the price ($600), but overall.

My daughter loves her new mattress, which came swiftly and well-packaged. I am now saving for my own!

Had a little issue with product delivery BUT I spoke to customer service,,they responded promptly and had a solution to my issue. Great customer service. As for the bed,,it was excellent, comfy...I would definitely purchase from them again. This was my second purchase.

Great bed. Have had back pain for months and now it’s gone. Such a comfy bed. Shipping was advertised as two days. It took 5 and the box was opened when received. I know it’s a UPS thing but it was irritating. Especially after two cancelled delivery dates. And when part of the sell is two days to your door. I love that Live and Sleep donates to NAEH. We switched from a hybrid mattress with a few memory foam toppers after I was having a lot of trouble sleeping soundly (I am 4 months pregnant and am supposed to spend most of the night on my left side). I'm really sensitive to pressure points and I still woke up often feeling pain in my hip or shoulder. My husband woke up with a sore back because it was so soft. This mattress is firm but contours to you so you feel even support from your shoulders to your legs. I don't wake up due to pressure point pain and he wakes up without back pain. We are very happy...it solved both of our problems in the same mattress. Also, customer service was amazing.

We had this mattress for a little while and a few different people were able to sleep on it, including my husband and me. They all thought it was a very comfortable mattress. The major issue for us was that we had it in a murphy (wall) bed, and it expanded larger than advertised, meaning that we couldn't close the mattress into the wall. The cover is a little polyester-y, but it didn't seem to affect the temperature of the mattress (it didn't sleep hot). Customer service was great and we were able to return the mattress (by donating it to a nonprofit organization) without any issue. I'd recommend the mattress, as long as you aren't trying to fit it into an exact 60" x 80" area, because it will expand to more than an inch bigger than those dimensions.

The mattress arrived a lot faster than expected which is unusual since I live in Honolulu. They expedited the order quickly and were very friendly. The mattress has a bit of new mattress smell but it dissipated within a couple of days. It's my first memory foam mattress so I am still becoming accustomed to sleeping on it but overall have gotten some good night sleeps. I've only had it for less than a week so I can't speak to its durability, but initial comfort and customer service were great.
