Peppa has a little more pep in her step. She is 13 and showing signs of her age, our vet recommended a supplement but we have never had any luck. So happy the we finally found something that works. She’s also picky about treats and she loves the flavor. Thank you.

Was so worried my gsp would hate this bag but decided to give it a shot anyways… Turns out he absolutely loves it!! He now enjoys our bike rides together and it’s been very convenient since l don’t have a car. Only took a couple weeks of training to get him used to it. I had zero issues but I recommend taking it slow to get your pup used to it!

The product itself is not bad. Decent quality and works as intended. Maybe a bit overpriced but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt considering they are a small company with lower volume so the pricing will typically be higher. My biggest issue is with the customer support which is non-existent. Multiple emails and even reaching out via DM over Instagram with no response (though support shouldn't require going through social media channels). It has been two weeks so plenty of time to respond. Again, I understand they are a small company that probably had an influx of orders due to their owner attracting a large following carrying shelter dogs in the bags throughout NYC. Even though my issue is minor, if someone had a defect or wanted to do a return what would be their recourse? While the product is what people are purchasing, the entire customer experience matters. Having managed small, overwhelmed support teams at small businesses I understand how it can be keeping up with the volume of requests. But, ultimately, you find a way. I would personally be embarrassed if I didn't respond to a customer for two weeks. At the end of the day, you want to support smaller businesses, but if I had purchased this on Amazon, I guarantee I would have had better customer support.
