Shipping was quicker than I anticipated and the refurbished was like brand new. Nothing gave the impression it had been touched. Great job on the design. Only things I can think of that would make it better is a medium size and add a pocket on the carrier itself. The snacc bags doesn’t appeal to me but a pocket for poo bags and keys would be a great addition!
