We had a little snafoo and were sent the wrong size backpack. I reached out to the Little Chunk team and they made it right as fast as possible. They also told us to donate the smaller sized backpack that was sent by mistake, so now some tiny dog at our local animal shelter will get to benefit from this shipping error. Mistakes happen, but they handled it like pros, and now we have an awesome backpack!

Excellent Maxine One. Love it. Well made and veery easy to insert doggo!! Problem is I ordered the wrong size for my pooch. I got it on sale for a great price which reduced shipping to Canada so I purchased it. Returning it from Canada is pricey plus reordering another one right size at regular price makes shipping $70 (double $ for sale price). I guess shipping is based on cost of item shipped. Anyway, I absolutely love it but it was my mistake and I definitely recommend others to purchase.

Shipping came super fast, about a week earlier than expected! It’s really convenient and packs up nicely when not in use. The reflective peach accent is super cute and we love the added safety features on the buckles and extra space for bushy shiba tails!
