It was great!!!! For some reason when I went to check out it charged me for the 3rd item. I sent an email and within hours Kim emailed me back and said that she woul take care of the situation. Really works great! We never have had a holding tank odor. The small size bottle fits perfectly in a corner under our sink. I usually don’t care for scented products but really love the lavender. You only smell it where it is stored and right after it is put down into the toilet. I also think the bottle design is awesome with the pre-measured cup built-in. Highly recommend!

We received the bundle pretty fast and without liquid leaking out. BUT… The only thing I request is to not put the seals you put over the cap to extend over the directions.
