One of the fuel lines purchased was defective, after the initial contact with a service rep on line I was not very satisfy but a couple of hours later I received a phone call from another service rep which told me that he had seen the issue and that a new part was going to be send out in a couple of days. Service rep was very professional in my view. I did not have send the defective part making the process a lot easier for me.
