I pre-arranged for a cab ride from the DFW airport. I got e-mail confirmations when ordering and the day-of saying that everything was fine. However, when I arrived at the airport, the car wasn't present. I waited 45 minutes and made multiple attempts to call the company, but just got an answering machine with a pre-recorded message that said I should expect a callback within two hours. I cancelled and got an Uber instead. The only positive aspect to the experience was that limos.com refunded my trip promptly and without fuss.

Clean, friendly, on time

I arranged a Limo for my wife to be picked up at 12:15 am on Wednesday morning Oct 21. The Limo never showed. She call three times and talked to 2 different people before they finally told her they couldn't find anyone to pick her up. She ended up taking a Lyft. I talked to Limo (Norma) the next day and they said I would get a refund (but their original note said my wife didn't show up; a lie, she was on the flight). Although Limo promised a refund, it has been 5 days and they have not yet refunded my money and I can't get them to answer the phone.

Got a confirmation number. Got an email with subject "driver contact information" with no information on how to contact driver. Driver never showed up. called toll free number and got a message someone would call me within 2 hours. no one ever called. I did get a full refund but it was very stressful and still no explanation on why the driver never showed up.

MADE THE RESERVATION. CALLED THE NUMBERS THAT APPEARS IN YOUR PAGE FOR 3 HRS. 45 MINUTES AND NEVER ANSWERED, JUST A MACHINE SAYING THAT YOU WILL CALL BACK IN 2 HOURS, WHICH NOBODY DID. MY FRIENDS HAD TO TAKE UBER AT THE AIRPORT BECAUSE NOBODY APPEARED. YOU BETTER DON'T CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD... I AM REALLY UPSET. NEVER THOUGHT THIS LOW ABOUT A COMPANY THAT I USED FOR BUSINESS MANY TIMES IN THE PAST FEW YEARS AND NOW THAT I USED IT FOR PERSONAL MATTERS, IT FAILED.. WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT... DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE ABSENT OF SERVICE.

The ease of reservation was great, as was our driver — he arrived early, was helpful and efficient. My only complaint is the pricing was misleading. The reservation said it was all-inclusive, with no mention of anything else to be charged. But then we were billed an addition $55 for tolls and "other expenses." Very misleading, especially when we tipped the driver on top of what was allegedly included.

Submitted airport car request 48 hours prior to departure. No confirmation, and no car service. Several hours after flight I received a cancelation notice. If I could give less than 1l star, I would.

Ordered an SUV and paid for an SUV. A sedan came instead and we crammed 3 passengers and 7 bags in it to go to airport. I called and asked for a rate adjustment and an explanation but received neither. Terrible service and no follow up. I will never use limos.com again.

Used them for a ride to an airport in a different town. On-time pick up and friendly driver. Will use again.

They canceled my ride five minutes before my plane took off and offered me no substitute, just a discount on future rides. No company has EVER cancelled a ride that late in the game in 45 years for me

Totally worthless company. Left me stranded 2x to and from the airport, last minute. Then they have the audacity to charge my credit card anyway. Use them if you enjoy wasting your time and being stranded. Losers!

Our driver Steven was great! The client loved him and he was very accommodating.

Hard to get the trip confirmed. then, very difficult to cancel the airport pick up when plans changed. The driver still showed up and was unaware that the trip had been cancelled.

I emailed you on a number of occasions to cancel this. I will be furious if I have been charged as clearly holidays are not taking place due to Covid and we cancelled our trip. You never responded to my emails. If I have been charged I expect a full refund as this was cancelled by myself. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AS A MATTER IF URGENCY
