I can’t believe I’m being asked to write a review. Limos.com canceled my ride the day of and made no effort to find me another ride. I was on a tight schedule, traveling with 3 others and we had to scramble mid flight to find a new ride. I’ll never use Limis.com again.

I have used this driver a few times. He is very nice, always on time and very personable. We hope we can continue to use him for all our airport transports.

I had a terrible experience with customer service when I tried to change the time of my ride

Our pick up driver was not given our correct pick up information and we were not given the correct driver information. We were stranded at the airport after a day of travel for over an hour.

Ephraim is the FINEST, most careful and kind Driver. EVER. (Well, Milton is too). These two Gentlemen have been driving for me for about 4 years. They both are true and trusted Professionals.

Customer service terrible. Can’t get a hold of anyone when there is an issue. Can only leave a message with an answering service.

On our way back home, the airport was closed at Dallas Fort Worth for 2-1/2 hours for the Air Traffic Control facility to be cleaned due to COVID; also, once we arrived in Philadelphia they couldn’t get the gate open for an hr. I contacted Limos.com both times to give a heads up yet they charged me an extra $99.12 for “waiting time”. I found this out after the fact a few days later from an email. The delays were out of my control and I shouldn’t have to pay for this. Never will I use Limos.com again!!!

It was a very pleasant ride. We did have some confusion in where to meet but we got together ultimately.

No follow up no confirmation.just an email stating they working on finding a ride. Always used them and have no idea why they have gotten so bad.

After having a reservation for nearly TWO WEEKS to go to the airport for a flight, they canceled just a couple of HOURS before the pick up. If I could give them NO stars, I would!

The driver was on early, polite, and professional. It is always this way and I appreciate it as I travel for a living and there is something reassuring after flying for two days to come home to a driver who speaks English, a car that is clean and comfortable, and not being taken for a "ride" by your driver who is trying to pad his fare. 10/10, I use this company every time I travel. I would recommend these guys. 5 stars!!!!
