Product is as advertised. Solid, sturdy and the wheels make it easily movable. The assembly was easy (I did it alone but a second person to steady the initial part would be helpful. Most impressive was that all of the holes aligned perfectly. One criticism - the assembly instructions (which were simply pictures) did not make it clear that certain pieces needed to face a specific direction to accommodate later pieces in the assembly.

This crate has been one of the best investments I've made during my years of having dogs. Our girl can stand up fully, move around a bit, and sleep comfortably. I highly recommend this crate if you're looking for a quality, attractive option that provides an open feeling. This is the one!

Best cage ever for our Great Dane! This is a strong built crate with lots of space to stand up and turn around. its on wheels so easy to move from room to room. Easy to put together as well. 100% recommend it.

Working wonderfully for my dog as she had a wound on her front leg that needed protection. She accepted it easily and seemed very comfortable with it and slept comfortably with it

The kennel is a great size for my dog. The instructions are easy to follow. I had a few issues but customer service was fantastic helping me. I don't like the locking system it's very flimsy and the bolt sticks out past the frame. I've had to cover the bolt because it has cut my dog twice.

The kennel is built strong. And the wheels really come in hand when needing to move from room to room. Also wanna give a big shout out to customer service, as they have been such a big help for me!

Fantastic crate! Very well made, safe, and spacious. Although my first crate arrived defective due to a manufacturing error, Lilly & Max quickly sent a replacement and handled the issue professionally (very friendly and understanding staff). I got 2 of these crates. They arrived in a timely manner. They are easily assembled and very heavy duty/sturdy. I like the roof opening to make it easy to add a dog matt and blanket for my pups. Definitely recommend these anxiety crates.

Absolutely love this new cage we got for our 110lb Sheppit with raging separation anxiety. I’ve gone through three different kennels for him. He chews through the thick plastic one and keeps busting out of wired crates. So far this is the one he hasn’t managed to get out of. I like that it’s heavy and sturdy, you could tell it's well made. Also love that it’s on wheels so I’m able to move around the house.

This is a great quality kennel! Not very challenging to assemble. Luckily our foster dog is doing well staying out the kennel when we are away but we plan to keep this for a future new dog, when needed! Great design and nice it comes with the mat that fits inside. We have slight trouble getting the latch to slide into the bracket, it doesn't line up perfectly on ours. But a little upward pressure on the door and it work. A minor flaw but manageable.

It is absolutely absurd to think that a Great Dane could fit through this tiny door. The design is poor and I haven't received a response on setting up the return. Also - Check amazon! if you have a smaller dog they ship faster and are significantly less expensive there. I've never regretted a dog purchase this much.

We love our 48" XL dog kennel and so does our dog. He's comfortable in and we can relax knowing that he can't tear it up or get out of it. There was a tiny issue in that the locking rings did not arrive with the kennel but I contacted Lily and Max right away, sent them photos and they promptly advised that the rings were on their way! Even send a 2 in 1 grooming bathing brush as a bonus. Above and beyond all our expectations!

If you have a strong dog with horrible separation anxiety, I highly recommend this kennel. No more worrying about coming home to a mess after an escape!

It's great once it is put together, but the instructions were terrible!!! No words just pictures and no markings on each piece to show which ones are the same. Very annoying! But it's definitely escape-proof. Our pup had already escaped and destroyed several crates. But not this one!

This cage is exactly what I needed. It's huge and big enough for my 2 year old Great Dane. He had never been crated and is very destructive due to separation anxiety. He is around 120 pounds, can stand and easily turn around. The door locks are a little flimsy but overall it was a great purchase and totally worth it.

I purchased this item before one of our dogs was set to be neutered. I cannot even begin to explain how much better he likes this than the original dog cone. Especially the ability to see more and not be limited to tunnel vision. Plus he also enjoys the fact that he can lay his head on it as if it was a pillow and sleep comfortably. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who loves their fur baby. ,

We bought this kennel for our huge husky hybrid who was never kennel trained and had been able to destroy and escape several kennels before this. The kennel is big enough for him to stand and lay down and relax. Not like other cage is way too small for stands. The construction is solid and durable, no flimsy parts, and it truly feels escape-proof. The little rings to keep the latches locked are a pain but you can always switch them out for something easier. It did come with dents in the panels and two holes that weren't punched out so the screws wouldn't go through. I contacted the company and asked for a solution. They told me to use a screwdriverto poke through the spots where the holes should be, and it worked. If you’re looking for a reliable solution for dogs with escape tendencies, I highly recommend this crate.

We've had a lot of dogs over the years who needed a cone. Spay, neuter, or biting issues. This is the best design we've seen. Softer than the stiff, plastic ones. When we picked our dog Gizzy up today at the vet after his snip-and-drain, everyone in the office wanted to know where we got this unique, plush cone. We gave them the Lilly and Max website. Gizzy's cone got held up in LA, CA during the recent protesting. . . I messaged Lilly&Max, got a response almost immediately from Jing W. with all the info on the hold up and reassurance that he would send me another cone ASAP at no charge. It came perfect timing, just in time. I messaged Jing what I should do when I get my first ordered cone. Again, he responded very quickly and gave me two options, keep it or donate it. NICE, either way.
