Customer service was amazing!

The product took a little longer than what they told us in the first place. Also, the picture on Facebook looked a lot bigger than the cone that we received.

it arrived on time. It was in good shape and I couldn’t be happier.

Still waiting for product…paid expedited shipping too. They refunded me the cost of the product but not the shipping fees…I’m out 25$ for no product received

This product is garbage. HORRIBLE CRAFTSMANSHIP. PACKAGED WITH DAMAGED PARTS AND WRONG PARTS.

Huge, great quality at an awesome price. I have always had St. Bernard's but never could find an indoor kennel big enough. This one is perfect.

This crate is no match for my 12 month old Great Pyrenees puppy, unfortunately

We love the quality of this crate. We bought it for our German Shepherd Maximilian. He is afraid of storms and started chewing our woodwork putting him in the crate. Keeps him safe within two weeks. He is comfortable getting into his crate for nighty night. Thank you so much!
