The package should have included directions on how to work it! Maybe include a Video to demonstrate how to use it 😊

Wow, this is for our great dane and he fits perfectly. Lots of room, easy to assemble, rolls nice across the floors. Wheels lock and even when Luke gets excited in the crate it stays in place. Easy open latching. Only improvement that would be nice is a more robust clip to use on the door. More like a carabiner style.

Shipping was fast and accurate for eta. Package was in good condition. No missing parts. Great first purchase from this company-getting ready to make my second today!

Love this kennel! Not difficult to put together. Has wheels! Very strong, sturdy material. Trays under the kennel to help corral hair and other debris. Plenty of space for my very tall and long dog. He can stand up with out having to duck at all. Perfect! Am ordering a second one for my slightly shorter but long dog.

My 5lb doggo is skittish when nail and sanitary trimming. Though he gets lightly sedated, I use it as a safeguard for both of us.

We love these for our pups! Plenty of space for them to comfortably turn around and stretch out when sleeping. We’ve never used kennels before and were worried we have a hard time getting them to go in after one night of being locked in. Not the case at all! They love going in and getting all snuggled into their beds at night! It’s a very sturdy and quality product. Highly recommend for anyone considering a kennel for their pup. Glad we got the size we did. They’re huge, but our babes and their comfort are worth it!

I am very happy with the crate. It is strong and comfortable. My foster dog is doing well in when needed. I do wish they had the heavy duty or indestructible variety with a flat top and not the pointed roof. But for what I need this for is doing a great job

The create is wonderful. My only observation is that the pieces were not marked and the instructions were pretty vague.

Once the crate is assembled it is wonderful. The pieces weren't marked and the instructions were lacking.

Bad got the wrong size and do know how to get a replacement.

Got the wrong side and returning the product for a replacement seem impossible.

I really wanted to like this crate, but unfortunately it did not hold up at all. My dog is only 36 pounds and was able to escape immediately by breaking the latch on the bottom feeding door and squeezing out. The latch popped right off with the ring, which makes this crate completely ineffective for any dog that is even slightly clever or determined. This is marketed for dogs with anxiety and for heavy-duty use, but in my experience it is not secure. If your dog is an escape artist or pushes on doors and latches, this crate will not contain them. For the price (over $200), I expected something much sturdier and safer. I would not recommend this crate for anyone with a strong, anxious, or crafty dog. It might work for very calm dogs, but for escape-prone dogs it’s a waste of money.

Both pans arrived cracked. I need to request replacements. Review score might change when new pans arrive. Satisfied with cage portion. Very sturdy.
