I am totally upset that this kennel broke they give a 30 day window to return so now I'm stuck with a kennel that could hurt my dog

The piece is beautiful and it is sturdy. The three issues that kept me from selecting "great" are: 1) The dog bowls are up too high for our dog, so we can't use this feature - which would have been great, 2) We can find a dog bed/pillow/mattress that fits. We've gotten ones that were too big and ones that were too small. None that are just right. I recommend the company sell cushioned inserts that fit, 3) This is the biggest issue: This was UNBELIEVABLY challenging to put together and it took a very long time. I can't imagine many people being able to do it successfully.

Poor Order, fulfillment, bait, and switch offer a beautifulBlue and give you all olive. Shipping way too long.

I am very happy with the lily & Max collar!!! It’s perfect! To eat with, drink and sleep. And use the wee wee pads. Great invention ❤️🐶🐾🙏🏼

Still waiting for product…paid expedited shipping too. They refunded me the cost of the product but not the shipping fees…I’m out 25$ for no product received
