The bottom of this crate was rusted upon arrival. When i reached out because its supposed to be spray coated to prevent rust and this would be a manufacturer defect… i got an email saying they would give me a $10 credit and a free dog bowl. I was slightly insulted by this offer and said this crate I just paid $300 for would continue to rust and since I had the product in my possession for 3 days it qualified for a refund which was ignored. I was then asked what a fair price would be and they offered $40 plus a can of rust spray. After I refused this offer as well they then stated I could receive a replacement part . I accepted the replacement part but my review is for the defective product upon arrival. Now I have to take it all apart to replace the bottom piece that’s rusted. Just a giant inconvenience
HORRIBLE PEICE OF GARBAGE
This is a great sturdy kennel.
This is the only crate my anxious dog has ever loved. Well constructed. Heavy Duty. Love the removable trays and wheels for easy cleaning and mobility. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because the shipping with FedEx was terrible.
My husky/shepherd mix is not able to get out of this crate, even though she tries.
it's working he broke out two other cages and this one holds him one problem did have a little rust on wheels and a little dents on bottom of cage on delivery
Well-constructed and sturdy! No issue holding our 100lb male pit who destroyed two wire crates. No way he is chewing through this one! I would recommend!
I love the durability of the cage and the fact that my Great Dane can't escape it while I've gone. Only complaint/negative that I have is the door way is a bit small and low. My Danes back rubs against the area and has to bend when getting in. Other than that, im very pleased with the product.
Only been using it for two weeks or so, but it is obviously way stronger than out last one which my dog has broken and hurt himself trying to get out. Well built and has so much room its durable and escape proof. It is worth recommending.
We recently adopted a husky that has severe separation anxiety and injured herself trying to broke through the fist wire crate. Our vet recommended this one. This crate is big enough and sturdy enough. She is doing well with her new home?
This cage is amazing. Our rescue pit who has separation anxiety so bad and destroyed three cages so we tried this heavy duty crate. It has everything we were looking for. Sturdy, chew proof, escape proof, strong construction, removable tray, double locks, and wheels for easy ability. Couldn't be more impressed.
Fabulous. Vet loved it had never seen one before!!
The cage is heavy, sturdy build. Could definitely hold up against my houdini, highly recommend this over wire crates. Coming from a 100+ lbs cane corso mix owner.
It's large enough for my GS and he is comfortable in it
I was suprised at how large this crate accutally was, but just what we needed. It was durable and sturdy. No way he is chewing through this one! I highly recommend.
The xxl dog crate on wheels is amazing. But I rated it a 4 out of 5 star, because we bought 2 xxl dog crates and one of the wheel insert wholes cracked as my wife was rolling it gently!!! So I ordered a 3rd xxl dog crate and now I have an extra dog crate with no wheels. My wife built it by her self in the living room and built one outside by her self also. The ceiling door is very nice. I would buy one again. But be very mindful of the wheel housings/holes ?.
Very sturdy and strong cage. I was Apple to put together by myself in a couple of hours. I had one hole that wasn't drilled out all the way, but I was able to use my drill and pop it out. My dog loves it. I added a board to the top to make it look more like furniture.
Very sturdy and well made for our 100 pound German Shepherd who has broken 3 wire cages before this one. He fits this cage very comfortably with lots of room. He can stand and easily turn around. After three months used, my only suggestion would be not to put wheels on it as they easily bend if your dog moves alot inside the cage. Other than that though it's a great investment!
Absolutely perfect! Couldn’t be happier with my choice…the “roof” effect is really cute…like a playhouse for dogs and allows more room for taller pooches. Love the small lower door for food placement, the roof which opens up, and the wide planks on the floor for “doggie paw” comfort. My friend also got a heavy duty dog crate (different brand) for her pit, saw mine and was jealous for all the reasons I mentioned. Thank you for offering such a nice crate. Judy
We recently adopted a large Pitbull dog, Max, from a rescue organization. Max was seized from the previous owner that had him tied out in the back yard all day. Max appears to have been given minimal attention. He’s great but has severe separation anxiety. The first dog crate we purchased was from a pet “big box” store. The first time we used the crate, Max bent the cage and the door. All 82 pounds of dog able to escape. I next purchased the “Heavy Duty Indoor Dog kennel, indestructible dog crate” from Lilly and Max that had been recommended by the shelter. This crate was easy to assemble and it is very sturdy. We have had no issues with Max escaping from this cage. I would recommend the cage for any escape artist dog with separation anxiety.
