I love everything about this frame except one little thing. There is too much space between as and you in the first line. I thought that was just an example on the website, but that is the finished product. It just looks a little off. Otherwise, very nice frame, good quality.

I received the beautiful wedding clock "And they lived happily ever after" Beautiful wood, engraved. I love it! 😁 The couple will love it too.

I paid 12. 50 for shipping. My order was placed on 11/9, Lifesong reported it was shipped on 11/12 and reported it delivered on 11/18 but it was not, and finally it was delivered on 11/19. I think for $12. 50 I should have had faster shipping. I am pleased with the product, dissatisfied with the shipping.

Excellent customer service. The anniversary frame was scheduled to come one day but arrived a day late but that is OK. The party went well and a couple certainly enjoyed their gift. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience.

I ordered my dad's urn and some memory photo frames for my mom and all my siblings. This company is outstanding. I made contact via phone and email to ask questions and to make some changes to one of the poems and everyone I talked to was so nice, helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. I will be ordering more items from this company and I am so thankful their items are made in the USA. The urn and photo frames are beautiful and well made. I purchased a personalized wood sign for our five year anniversary. I ordered it one month before our anniversary. Once I received it I quickly looked at it to ensure the personalized message was correct and immediately put it back in the box for hiding. A month later when our anniversary came around I finally pulled it out of the box to place a bow on it. It was then I noticed a minor chip in the bottom left corner. Barely noticeable in fact. I mentioned it to Lifesong and said it’s not a big issue if there is not a simple fix. Not more than 24 hours did they respond saying they would send out another personalized wood sign at no charge. The craftsmanship is beautiful, customer service is amazing, and we will certainly be contacting them for our future wedding and anniversary gifts.

The company contacted sender of our gift to alert them a gift card was not enclosed so the sender could let us know who sent the gift. Thank you!
