Thank you so much your product was everything I expected it to be.

I spoke directly to Stephanie in the office. I had seen this item online at Amazon. It could be personalized, but their website was not set up to do that. Stephanie was most helpful and I was able to order directly from the company. The product is excellent, and I will do it again in the future . I will also tell my friends about all the nice Momentos they can order.

Very responsive with the questions I had and made enhancements to the photo I requested. Will trust this company again with my business.

Mostly good but disappointed that I had to change the wood for 4 items.

Very professional and willing to work with individual requests. Great company!!

Everything was to order.

Everything was so nicely done and the staff was very kind to help with what we wanted for my dad. The urn we chose was a great quality and very lovely.

The personalized lazy susan is just beautiful and made the perfect wedding gift!

Great product, timely delivery. Thank you

Great

BUYER BEWARE! This is not engraved wood as the product description says. It is a piece of plastic with a vinyl sticker. Cheap looking and NOT WORTH THE PRICE!

Excellent

This review reflects that I have yet to receive. Not that it’s a bad product, but still have not received via USPS. Filed a complaint with USPS. Way overdue for the 65th anniversary of parents whom I ordered for. Still no resolve other than it’s route from Puerto Rico.

Beautiful quality and shipping was super fast

I just love the urn. I was skeptical about if the ashes would fit in the box. The website description is very accurate. Thank you.

Customer service still hasn’t responded to my emails on customizing the rocking horse

Thank you- The mom-to-be loved the rocking horse 🐴

Love it, just what I needed. Hugs 🫂 Judy

I love everything about this frame except one little thing. There is too much space between as and you in the first line. I thought that was just an example on the website, but that is the finished product. It just looks a little off. Otherwise, very nice frame, good quality.

I received the beautiful wedding clock "And they lived happily ever after" Beautiful wood, engraved. I love it! 😁 The couple will love it too.
