I spoke directly to Stephanie in the office. I had seen this item online at Amazon. It could be personalized, but their website was not set up to do that. Stephanie was most helpful and I was able to order directly from the company. The product is excellent, and I will do it again in the future . BUYER BEWARE! This is not engraved wood as the product description says. It is a piece of plastic with a vinyl sticker. Cheap looking and NOT WORTH THE PRICE!

This review reflects that I have yet to receive. Not that it’s a bad product, but still have not received via USPS. Filed a complaint with USPS. Way overdue for the 65th anniversary of parents whom I ordered for. Still no resolve other than it’s route from Puerto Rico.
