I’ve been pleased w/ all my products. I use them often to help w/Lyme Disease, Duyputrens Contracture , lymphatic drainage as well as strengthening my disc deterioration in mid back. Just purchased face mask to help w/aging skin & wrinkles.. I’m 70 yrs young 😊

Im please overall with how this performs but the construction is rather "iffy". All the black zipper "covers" except one has come off and 2 zipper pulls have come off and I cant get them back on. That isnt needed for performance but just odd to me. I hope it lasts for a while as I like it otherwise

Haven't received product as of 8-1-24!!

I received my product. Everything was intact, but I didn’t get an instruction book on how to put it together. I had to figure it out myself. I also didn’t get a book showing me how to use it so I have no idea how everything works. But I just spoke to a friend Her to get one she said she got instructions and she got a book

we bought thr allevared pro, quality of the cord missed quality control. the cord has exposed wire on it. almost afraid to plug it in. can you replace it?

The packaging was a little damaged-the styrofoam was cracked, and the monitor was freely hanging. The batteries will not install, the positive end keeps popping off-I’ve tried other batteries. Obviously I can use the cycle, but cannot monitor time or distance. Hoping to hear about a replacement monitor-assuming that I am able to install it?
