I would give them a zero if I could. My daughter purchased one for my birthday. Brought on 11/22 still has not arrived. Was told they had a system upgrade and that is why it has not arrived. When purchased was told 3-5 days for delivery. It is December 12th and they are still saying a system upgrade issue and can not give a date when it would arrive. Save your money and shop with someone else!!

Ordered my red light therapy belt 11/30/24 and there has been no change to the status of the order. I wish I had done a bit of digging into the legitimacy of this company. Let me save you all the trouble and tell you not to waste your time or money! I asked customer service if they had productions issues due to the holiday, but was told an implausible excuse. This left me with little trust in this company and the feeling I was being scammed. I just canceled my order and am waiting on a refund. . . we'll see if that comes through. . .

Bought the red light belt. After 5 days power cable started to pull apart at the belt. Contacted customer service for a replacement. Three weeks went by with multiple emails from me asking what is the status. All replly emails started with an apology and a excuse. I returned the belt with only a week left to return, which i am sure they do to appease you for your window. to return to run out. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Full of apologies and excuses!!

I bought this sauna blanket as a way to "dip my toe" into using a sauna more regularly. (I've always enjoyed saunas on vacations, socially, etc.) My spouse is not interested in a sauna, so this solo person option seemed great. I love it! I find that I sleep much better after using it, and its portability means I often just hop in while my spouse and I watch some shows on the weekend. I've been using it about 2-3 times per week at the second-from highest temp. Once or twice, it seems like it hasn't heated up properly, but unplugging and replugging it in seems to work. I've been very satisfied for the experience/price point.
