Extended delivery time was the only concern. Customer service did a great job of responding to my requests for information.

The items themselves are fine. Service is awful -- after receiving only AI responses to my inquiries after two months, the only thing to get a real response was to file a dispute with my bank/card payment company. It shouldn't have to be that way.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My order was shipped to the wrong address, and getting any kind of response from this company was a complete nightmare. I had to constantly chase them down for updates and was lucky to hear back once every week or two. Because they dragged this out for so long with almost no communication, the limited-edition custom jersey I ordered is no longer even available. Months later, I’m still left without the item I paid for and with no real resolution.
