Ouf. I really wanted to give this a better review, but unfortunately the customer experience was incredibly frustrating. I purchased this at the beginning of December and the order confirmation email said I would receive a follow-up within a day confirming that the payment went through. After not getting that payment confirmation and no update on shipment or anything, I was concerned that my order hadn’t been processed. I then tried reaching out multiple times (through the website contact form, customer service email, phone number and Instagram) to get any kind of update but wasn’t able to get a response from any channel. When the hoodie finally arrived in mid-Jan the quality was lower than I expected for the price. Overall, sadly wouldn't recommend.
