Lens Direct has excellent customer service

I was very skeptic using this website just because the idea of sending my glasses in the mail was odd to me. But I decided to take a chance on an old pair of glasses I had. I absolutely loved the frames but the prescription was old and the lenses were very worn. It was about $100 for mine and took about a week and a half to get back. They came packaged very nicely and come with a glasses case. They even included your old lenses. This saved me lots of time because of where I live and my work schedule. Would definitely use this company again in the future.

After nine months, the finish rubbed off of these lenses after only using microfiber cloths to clean them. After speaking with customer service, they pretended to speak with somebody in “a laboratory“ and was told that they can’t do anything because it’s beyond the warranty. Don’t waste your money or time with these replacement lenses or this company.

Needed replacement lenses for my Oakley Asian fits. The previous lenses were darker but had a bubbling wear. The new replacements were crystal clear and felt as if I didn’t have any lenses on at all.
